I'd just hoped for more. Cordless is the only way to go. I purchased it for waxing my porcelain kitchen counters but end result was no better than what I can do by hand. However it's very light-weight, which is good and can be maneuvered with a single finger.
We've only used it a few times but love the cordless feature and it did a good job of waxing the car.
They said that they don't carry replacement batteries because it's not worth it to do so. I'll now look for one that costs more and comes with a real warranty. When I called Waxmaster customer service, they refused to honor the warranty (supposedly 3 years). The 3-year warranty is a joke and a lie.
They recommended I return it for a refund if the retailer will take it back. I'm glad I found out now. I did not purchase it from Amazon, although that was possibly a mistake. I wish I'd bought it from Amazon. My waxer came with 2 batteries, one of which was defective. There is a cigarette lighter adapter also.
I did purchase extra bonnets from Amazon because the two supplied are not enough. Since the retailer no longer carries it, I can only return it for a refund and can't replace the defective battery. I bought it just a month ago. At least then I could return it to get a working battery. This waxer works fine and it's great to do the work cordless. The place I purchased it from no longer carries it.
So, the product works fine while it works, but don't expect any customer service.
